You have a choice in pricing options with Social Wonder. Depending on your business needs, you can dictate the terms and choose between our month-to-month, 6-months or annual contract plan.
With the month-to-month option, you have the flexibility to cancel at any time.
If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you will continue to get service until the end of the billing period.

Yes – if you don’t have one already, we will create for you a Facebook and/or Instagram business pages and setup everything for you, at no extra cost!

We want to give you all the options that works for you! That’s why you can share anything you like via either SMS, Email, Google Drive or iCloud Album.

In order to give our customers a great service at an affordable price point we’ve decided to focus on the two platform that are most relevant for your business type: Facebook and Instagram. In the future, based on shifts in audience behavior, we plan on supporting more social platforms.

Social media platforms change all the time – that’s why we always try to optimize and change the posting times based on your account analytics. But, if you prefer that we’ll post content on specific days/times, all you need to do is tell us and we’ll make it happen!

Every week we work on your content for the following week. Around the end of the week we send you all the content we’ve created for you (that will be scheduled for the following week) for your feedback and approval. This process usually takes you 1-2 minutes a week. You have 48 hours to give feedback/approve/reject. If you didn’t like anything, all you need to do is tell us, and we will change it at no extra cost!
